Before we file

You are entitled to a full refund of BizForm's service fee at any time before we submit your filing to the state — no questions asked. Email us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] and we will process the refund.

Once we've filed

• State fees are non-refundable once paid to the state, because the state does not return them.
• Our service fee is refundable at our discretion in cases where a filing issue is on our side (e.g., we made a preparation error).

Registered Agent renewals

Annual registered agent renewals are non-refundable once the term begins, as the service is prepaid to our agent partner for the full year.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
