1. What we are

BizForm is a self-help document preparation service. We prepare and submit business formation paperwork at your direction. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal or tax advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using the service.

2. Your responsibility for accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every piece of information you provide, including company names, addresses, ownership details and identity information. We rely on what you submit; incorrect information can delay filings or cause rejection by the state or IRS.

3. State and third-party fees

Government filing fees, franchise taxes and third-party charges are separate from our service fee, are passed through at cost, and are non-refundable once paid to the state or agency.

4. Timelines

Typical timelines are estimates. State processing, IRS EIN issuance and third-party bank decisions are outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

• You will not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• You will not misrepresent your identity or ownership.
• You will not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Federal Financial Empowerment Group's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
